Conferences on resilience

"I never lose, either I win or I learn.

This quote from Nelson Mandela sums up the term resilience perfectly. If some people are defeatist in the face of failure, they need to learn resilience in order to face them and, above all, to get up again. This is precisely the objective of my lectures on resilience.

Professional retraining

Originally, the concept of resilience refers to the ability of a physical body to withstand various shocks.

This is then taken up in psychology, as the term resilience is increasingly used as the ability to cope with adversity.

And the least we can say is that human beings need a strong capacity for resilience to survive. Between bereavements, the liquidation of a company, the loss of a sporting competition, accidents, the global pandemic, .... there are many reasons to give up.

Fortunately, many people are able to show resilience. But sometimes life events make it more difficult to accept failure. This is why I am launching my resilience conferences.

Why follow a speaker on resilience?

Because everyone is different, we do not all react in the same way to trauma. So to help those who find it difficult to get back on their feet when they fail, I propose a conference on resilience.

It is open to all:

Organisational change, merger, economic crisis, global pandemic, loss of customers, .... Companies in all sectors face many challenges. The aim is to overcome the crisis. To do this, new strategies can be put in place. But to ensure the continuity of the business, managers and employees must above all develop a strong resilience.
Divorce, bereavement, illness, unemployment, etc. No one is immune to traumatic events. But the important thing is to always get up again!
Whatever your situation, my resilience conference aims to help you find the courage and the will to face the events that affect you.

My journey through resilience

Whether in my professional life as a banker or in my private life as an adventurer, I have experienced failures. But none of them ever made me back down from a challenge.

It is precisely this strength of spirit that I wish to transmit to you during my conferences on resilience. I share with you my journey and my adventures, in good times and in bad. Because if they are all good memories and proof of success today, they were not without their pitfalls.

So to learn to overcome yourself, and above all, to believe that everything is possible, come and listen to my story.
