Conference "To each his own Everest

From Everest to conferences

After a career as a financial analyst and business manager, I have now become an adventurer, lecturer and executive coach after having reached the summit of Everest in 2013. I divide my time between my expeditions to the four corners of the world and conferences in companies that link the values of performance in companies and in the world of sport in general.

My conferences are moving and full of lessons, as people identify with me through my journey and easily draw parallels in their professional and personal lives. I have already spoken in over 60 companies in 12 countries in English and French.

Themes of my conference :

Do you want to motivate your teams to achieve objectives that may seem, at first sight, out of reach?

  • What are the values to be developed to perform in the long term?
  • What are the keys to sustainable growth for your company?
  • How can we create a climate of trust to bind a team together and create a family spirit?
  • How do you get the best out of your teams and how are effective and efficient teams organised?
  • How do you get the best out of each person while working for the common good and with a well-defined challenge from the start?
  • How do you create an ideal environment ("Home") for the development of a group of individuals with different backgrounds and issues?
  • How a change of mindset is sometimes essential for the security and survival of a group?

In the light of the experience and challenges of climbing the world's highest peaks, I will present tools for effective leadership and for mobilising high-performance teams in companies and organisations, for the benefit of a double creation of value, social and financial. The projections and images I use invite the audience to question their own managerial practices and to discover new avenues for reflection and action.
